Inspiring the next generation of environmental justice leaders
The majority of our ICO leaders were once youth that participated in the programing. Many have gone on to lead trips, as well as receive their wilderness first aid certification. ICO has also supported participants in getting scholarships to participate in other outdoor education programs such as NOLS in order to deepen their leadership skills.
